Customer Service, Staff very helpful and polite.

great location in Little Italy. after all the negative reviews. Hotel has 3 new fast lift. no waiting time at all. my room was on 12th floor with pool view. room was fully refurbished. all new equipment. Garage has Tesla and universal chargers. 3+2 if not mistaken. breakfast is ala card, expensive. booked it in room rate. (Much cheaper)

It was very close to the freeway and on the bus route for my convention. There is a mini fridge and coffee machine, not a pot though, just a small cup heater. If you need a microwave, they have one available behind an unmarked door in the lobby. Large tv with cable and beds are fairly good sized.

It was very clean, good location friendly front desk woman who checked us in around 12 pm.

We’re so happy with our stay in this hotel. Staff at the reception desk were polite and friendly, the delicious cookies and bottled water at the desk is a plus. The hotel location is so convenient to visit anywhere. The entire hotel and room are clean. The room we stayed had a fabulous view and quiet at night providing a good night’s rest. As a frequent traveler to San Diego we are looking forward for another stay in this hotel.
